What disciplines does Momentum cover?

Momentum supports four martial arts: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, Muay Thai, and Wrestling. Each discipline has its own technique library, ranking system, and sport-specific logging.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to Settings > Upgrade to Pro within the app, or subscribe directly through the Apple App Store. Pro unlocks AI Chat, Recovery Rx, Voice Journal, Simulator, AI Training Plan, and detailed reports.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > Momentum > Cancel Subscription. You’ll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How does AI coaching work?

Pro features like AI Chat and Recovery Rx use AI (powered by Anthropic) to provide personalized training guidance and recovery recommendations based on your logged data. Conversations are processed securely and not stored for model training.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud. We don’t sell data, use ad tracking, or share personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the Momentum app to remove all local data. To remove iCloud data, go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Momentum.

How do I report a bug?

Email us at support@train-momentum.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
